Preparation and Efficiency of High Speed Environmental Protection Road Snow Melting Agent
From a green ecological perspective,this paper selected acetate-based materials with the freezing point as a key indicator to prepare an eco-friendly road deicer and thoroughly studied its performance.The main results are as follows:1)By screening freezing point and ice-melting efficiency,potassium acetate,sodium acetate,and ammonium ace-tate were identified as core components.Using the simplex centroid design method,the optimal ratio was determined:potassium acetate∶sodium acetate∶ammonium acetate=30％∶30％∶40％,achieving optimal deicing performance.2)The homemade deicer's ice-melting performance reaches about 95％of traditional chloride deicers,with significantly lower corrosion on carbon steel and minimal impact on soybean seed germination,showcasing its environmental advan-tages.
