摘要

该文以国内的某玻璃电熔窑料道处电加热的设计为例,对目前以电加热为主要加热方式的玻璃料道进行了计算和分析,分别介绍了电阻、电压的计算方法以及不同自动控制方式的原理,阐述了玻璃电加热设计的思路并简单进行了计算过程的展示.

Abstract

Taking the design of electric heating at the glass forehearth of a domestic glass electric melting furnace as an example,this article conducts calculations and analysis on the glass forehearth that currently uses electric heating as the main heating method.It introduces the calculation methods for resistance and voltage,as well as the principles of different automatic control methods.It elaborates on the design ideas for electric heating of glass and briefly demon-strates the calculation process.
