摘要

基于通用焊接方法制作超薄浮法玻璃拉边机固定架,无法稳定保证焊接质量、控制焊接组合尺寸.设计开发组合焊接工装,解决了焊接过程组合尺寸控制、焊接变形、零件形位公差控制等相关问题,实现了固定架焊接工艺优化、制作效率和产品质量提升的目的.

Abstract

Using general welding methods to fabricate the fixed frame for ultra-thin float glass top roller cannot con-sistently ensure welding quality and control the dimensions of the welded assembly,this paper design and develop a combined welding fixture to address issues related to the control of combined dimensions,welding deformation,and form and position tolerance control of parts during the welding process.This has achieved the goal of optimizing the welding process for the fixed frame,improving production efficiency,and enhancing product quality.
