The annealing lehr for float glass,as one of the key pieces of equipment,plays a significant role in enhan-cing the quality of glass products,reducing energy consumption,and ensuring production safety.Through an analysis of existing annealing lehr structures,the paper identifies common design flaws and proposes ideas for structural innova-tion.The new design focuses on improving thermal efficiency,reducing energy consumption,enhancing production effi-ciency,and emphasizes the importance of modular design for simplifying maintenance and quickly replacing damaged parts.Results show that the new design significantly improves thermal energy utilization,reduces energy consumption,and effectively alleviates internal stress in glass,thereby increasing the yield of finished products.Additionally,through market and application analysis,the paper demonstrates the application prospects of the new annealing lehr design in the current market and discusses its suitability for different scales of production and types of glass enterprises.
