In order to achieve constant linear velocity unwinding of paper rolls,this article analyzes and derives the relationship between the diameter and total length of the paper rolls,and proposes an application based on the Siemens S7-1200 series and G120C frequency converter.Through the calculation of the diameter and total length of the paper rolls,combined with the process requirements for the control system of paper roll rewinding and unwinding,the calcula-tion principle,design scheme and control principle are elaborated.
