尿素水解制氨工艺在火电厂已普及使用,但在玻璃行业却少有使用.论文结合江苏某玻璃厂尿素水解制氨工程实例,探讨尿素水解制氨在玻璃厂烟气脱硝系统中的应用情况.实践表明:尿素水解制氨系统运行稳定、故障率低、喷氨量连续稳定,出口氮氧化物可连续达标排放,可在玻璃行业推广使用.
The urea hydrolysis ammonia production system has been widely used in thermal power plants,but not used in the glass industry.This paper discusses the application of ammonia production by urea hydrolysis in the flue gas denitration system of a glass factory based on the practical example of a glass factory in Jiangsu.The practice shows that the ammonia production by urea hydrolysis system operates stably,has low failure rate,and the ammonia injection volume is continuous and stable,and the export nitrogen oxide can be discharged continuously to the standard,which can be promoted and used in the glass industry.
