In response to the issue of discrepancies between the assumed conditions of the calculation software and the actual structure,a common circular sludge concentration tank in sewage treatment plants was taken as the research object.A 1∶1 finite element model was established using beam and plate elements from midas Gen for key components such as the top beam and plate,tank wall,and locally shaped conical shell bottom plate in the center.The internal forces were compared and analyzed between the calculated results of Leading and midas Gen,and the practicality of these two methods for calculation results was discussed.Optimization suggestions were proposed for the structural design of the sludge concentration tank.
