保坍型聚羧酸减水剂合成组分优化研究

通过研究保坍功能单体丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)与六碳聚醚大单体 EPEG 合成制备保坍型聚羧酸减水剂,明确了其最佳合成条件.结果表明,在酸醚比为 1∶1、酯醚比为 2.5∶1、控制双氧水掺量为 0.6%、次亚磷酸钠掺量为 0.6%、还原剂与氧化剂掺量比为 1∶3,在常温条件下合成的保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的综合性能最佳.
Optimization of Synthesis Conditions for Slump Reducing Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
This article studies the synthesis of slump retaining functional monomer HEA and EPEG to prepare slump retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer,and clarifies its optimal synthesis conditions.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the slump retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized at room tempera-ture was optimal when the acid ether ratio was 1∶1,the ester ether ratio was 2.5∶1,the hydrogen peroxide dosage was controlled at 0.6%,the sodium hypophosphite dosage was 0.6%,the reducing agent and oxidizing agent dosage ra-tio was 1∶3.
