高温多雨地区硬质沥青在路面上面层的适用性研究

为提升沥青路面在高温多雨地区的路用性能和服役寿命,论文研究硬质沥青用于路面上面层的适用性.该研究以 70#基质沥青为对照,探究 30#和 50#硬质沥青与其流变性能的差异.采用 AC-13C级配制备沥青混合料,分析其抗车辙性能和抗水损害性能.结果表明,硬质沥青的车辙因子及其混合料的动稳定度和残留稳定度均优于普通 70#沥青,其中 30#沥青的车辙因子最高,其混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性最优.
Applicability Research of Hard Asphalt on Top Layer of Pavements in High Temperature and Rainy Regions
In order to enhance the road performance and service life of asphalt pavements in high temperature and rainy regions,this paper researched the applicability of hard asphalt for wearing course of pavements.In this study,70#base asphalt was used as a control to explore the difference of rheological properties between 70#and the hard asphalt of 30#,50#.The AC-13 gradation was used to prepare asphalt mixtures.Their rutting resistance and water damage re-sistance were analyzed.The results indicated that the rutting factor of hard asphalt and the dynamic and residual stabili-ties of asphalt mixtures containing hard asphalt were better than the ones of 70#base asphalt,among which 30#as-phalt had the highest rutting factor,showing the best high temperature stability and water stability.
