高活性超细复合掺合料制备及其混凝土性能研究

研究表明将石粉与硅灰、粉煤灰等复掺,以一定比例取代水泥,具有改善混凝土力学性能与耐久性能的优点.论文采用花岗岩石粉、炉渣、粉煤灰,通过水泥熟料、脱硫石膏为激发剂,制备一种高活性超细复合掺合料,并研究粉磨时间对掺合料性能的影响.试验结果表明,考虑掺合料活性与经济性,掺合料以花岗岩石粉∶炉渣∶粉煤灰=30∶15∶55,激活剂以熟料 8%、脱硫石膏 3%比例较好.
Study on Preparation of High Activity Superfine Composite Admixture and Its Concrete Performance
Research has shown that mixing stone powder with silica fume,fly ash,and other materials in a certain proportion to replace cement has the advantage of improving the mechanical and durability properties of concrete.This article uses granite powder,slag,and fly ash to prepare a highly active ultrafine composite admixture using cement clinker and desulfurization gypsum as activators,and studies the effect of grinding time on the performance of the ad-mixture.The experimental results show that considering the activity and economy of the admixture,it is better to use granite powder∶slag∶fly ash=30∶15∶55 as the admixture,and 8%clinker and 3%desulfurization gypsum as the activator.
