A series of dynamic tests were conducted on tailings clay,tailings soil,and tailings sand to compare and analyze the changes and mechanisms of dynamic elastic modulus and damping ratio of different tailings materials.The research results show that the dynamic elastic modulus increases with the increase of confining pressure and consolida-tion ratio,while the damping ratio is opposite;Under the same confining pressure and consolidation ratio,the maxi-mum dynamic elastic modulus of tailings sand>the maximum dynamic elastic modulus of tailings soil>the maximum dynamic elastic modulus of tailings viscosity,and the maximum damping ratio of tailings sand<the maximum damping ratio of tailings soil<the maximum damping ratio of tailings viscosity;a power function τd=ANBf can be used to de-scribe the relationship between dynamic shear stress and failure vibration order,where the value A increases with the increase of confining pressure,and the change law of B value is not obvious with the increase of confining pressure.
