超白玻璃作为太阳能光伏电站的上游组件背板,其透光率、机械强度、耐候性等直接决定了光伏电站晶硅或非晶硅的发电效率与电站的使用寿命.企业通过设计优化原料配方、控制玻璃熔化及其成套设备生产技术,进一步提高超白浮法玻璃的透光率,同时提高抗紫外线能力,实现玻璃高效光电转化效率,延长电站使用寿命.
As the upstream component backplate of solar photovoltaic power plants,ultra white glass directly deter-mines the power generation efficiency and service life of crystalline or amorphous silicon in photovoltaic power plants due to its transparency,mechanical strength,weather resistance,and other factors.By designing and optimizing raw ma-terial formulations,controlling glass melting and improving production technology of complete equipment,the enterpri-ses can further enhance the light transmittance of ultra-clear float glass,while also improving its UV resistance,achie-ving efficient photoelectric conversion efficiency of the glass,and extending the service life of the power station.
