摘要

根据目前国内规范,爆炸危险环境的划分除了一般性规定以外难以有具体标准,在具体划分时仍需要根据环境、生产经验、经济特性等多重因素具体分析.该文根据《爆炸危险环境电力装置设计规范》GB 50058 和国际标准 IEC60079-10-1 的内容,提出一种划分方法,并结合玻璃厂的设计经验,以玻璃厂内天然气配气室为例,进行爆炸危险环境分区的划分.

Abstract

According to current domestic regulations,the classification of explosion hazardous environments is diffi-cult to have specific standards beyond general provisions.In specific classification,it still requires detailed analysis based on multiple factors such as environment,production experience,and economic characteristics.This article proposes a classification method based on the"Code for Design of Electric Power Installations in Explosive and Hazardous Envi-ronment"GB 50058 and the international standard IEC60079-10-1,and combines design experience from glass facto-ries.Taking the natural gas distribution room in a glass factory as an example,the classification of explosion hazardous environments is carried out.
