摘要

结合西多河大桥钢箱梁顶推安装工程,阐述了连续钢箱梁施工技术要点.因大桥地处山区,为克服钢箱梁安装中的不利因素,通过合理规划,从施工准备、钢箱梁顶推安装、落梁与现场涂装工作等多个方面采取措施,成功实现山区公路桥梁钢箱梁的顶推安装.结果表明,合理规划后的方案不仅高效完成了钢箱梁安装,缩短了施工工期,还有效控制了钢箱梁的安装精度,保障了施工的安全与质量.

Abstract

Based on the pushing installation project of the Xiduohe Bridge steel box girder,the key points of continu-ous steel box girder construction technology were elaborated.Due to the location of the bridge in the mountainous area,in order to overcome the unfavorable factors in the installation of steel box girder,measures were taken through reason-able planning,including construction preparation,pushing installation of steel box girder,girder dropping and on-site painting work,which successfully achieve the pushing installation of steel box girder for bridges in mountainous areas.The results show that the reasonably planned scheme not only efficiently completes the installation of steel box girder,shortens the construction period,but also effectively controls the installation accuracy of steel box girder,ensuring the safety and quality of construction.
