以科威特T1210 别墅群项目为例,提出一种外墙挂石安装结构,对比分析干挂石材各部件受力情况,选择合适构件尺寸,并建立数值模型,分析挂石幕墙石材自重荷载和风荷载作用下挂件的锚固性能,结果表明:干挂石材与挂件连接部位的最佳切割方法为在干挂石材侧面切割圆形的槽口;选择直径为 4 mm、长度为 50 mm 的销钉时,石材节点承载力最佳;锚固件拔出强度和最大正应力均满足技术要求,施工方式安全可靠.
Abstract
Taking the Kuwait T1210 villa complex project as an example,a hanging stone installation structure for the exterior wall was proposed,the stress of each component of the dry-hung stone was compared and analyzed,the ap-propriate component size was selected,and a numerical model was established to analyze the anchoring performance of the pendant under the action of self-weight load and wind load of the hanging stone curtain wall stone,and the research results showed that the best cutting method for the connection between the dry-hung stone and the pendant was to cut the circular notch on the side of the dry-hung stone.When choosing a pin with a diameter of 4 mm and a length of 50 mm,the bearing capacity of the stone joint is the best.The pull-out strength and maximum normal stress of the an-chor meet the technical requirements,and the construction method is safe and reliable.
