武汉某下穿通道工程采用矩形顶管机施工,具有大断面、小间距、浅覆土、上穿地铁隧道、下穿城市主干道、多条顶管平行施工等特点.通过建立数值模型,对顶管顶进合理顺序和施工参数进行了讨论,分析顶管施工对周边环境的影响.结果表明,当顶管顶进施工顺序为 2、3-1、4 和施工参数土仓压力为 120 kPa时,周围构筑物的变形小于控制值.
Rectangular pipe jacking machine is used in the construction of an underpass project in Wuhan,which has the characteristics of large section,small spacing,shallow soil cover,subway tunnel,urban main road,and multiple pipe jacking parallel construction.Through the establishment of numerical model,the rational sequence and construction pa-rameters of pipe jacking are discussed,and the influence of pipe jacking construction on the surrounding environment is analyzed.The results show that when the construction sequence of pipejacking is 2,3-1,4 and the construction parame-ter soil bin pressure is 120 kPa,the deformation of the surrounding structures is less than the control value.
