摘要

样品来自甘肃某地石英岩矿,经破碎至最大颗粒度为 3.2 mm后,SiO2 含量 99.10%,Al2O3 含量0.26%,Fe2O3 含量 0.20%,含有大量的表皮浸染铁.采用磁选、浮选或深度提纯等工艺后最终可以制得 SiO2 99.80%,Al2O3 0.014%,Fe2O3 0.005 1%的光伏低铁石英砂,实现了石英砂的高值化利用,为企业节约了生产成本.

Abstract

The sample comes from a quartzite mine in Gansu Province.After crushing to a maximum particle size of 3.2 mm,the SiO2 content is 99.10%,Al2O3 content is 0.26%,Fe2O3 content is 0.20%,and with a significant amount of epidermal disseminated iron.Through processes such as magnetic separation,flotation,or deep purification,it is pos-sible to ultimately produce photovoltaic low-iron quartz sand with 99.80%SiO2,0.014%Al2O3,and 0.005 1%Fe2O3,achieving high-value utilization of quartz sand and saving production costs for enterprises.
