This article systematically explains and explores the content and key technologies of the construction of a waste free resource green smart mine in Yongjing Green Building Materials Ecological Industrial Park of Gansu Con-struction Investment Group.It systematically introduces the experience and achievements of vigorously developing new quality productivity in the process of constructing a waste free resource green smart mine,deeply explains that the crea-tion of a green smart mine has completely solved the contradictions and difficulties between mineral resource develop-ment and ecological civilization construction,and the typical experience formed by promoting resource green develop-ment to drive mining transformation and upgrading,providing typical experience for the intelligent green mining con-struction of sand and gravel aggregates in the semi-arid arid areas of northwest China.
