挖掘机动力臂由Q345B钢板焊接而成,焊接完后的检测过程中发现动力臂钢板出现开裂.对开裂钢板进行宏观分析、微观分析、成分测试、力学性能测试以及金相组织分析.结果表明:钢板开裂的主要原因是原材料在冶金过程中产生缩松和夹杂物,在轧制时形成了尺寸较大的裂纹和带状夹杂物,这些缺陷在焊接应力的作用下导致钢板开裂.建议在生产过程中通过控制钢中S的浓度、钢液冷却速率和采用低温浇铸、电磁搅拌等方式减少原材料中硫化物的形成.
Cracking Analysis of Excavator Power Arm
The power arm of the excavator was welded from Q345B steel plates.After welding,cracks were found in a steel plate during inspection.Macroscopic and microscopic analysis,composition testing,mechanical property testing and metallographic structure analysis were carried out on the cracked steel plate.The results show that the main reason for the cracking of the steel plate is that the shrinkage porosity and inclusions formed in the smelting process of raw material caused the formation of large-size cracks and banded inclusions during rolling,leading to the cracking of the steel plate under welding stress.It is suggested that the formation of sulfide in raw material should be reduced by controlling the concentration of sulfur in steel and the cooling rate of liquid steel as well as adopting low temperature casting and electromagnetic stirring.
