摘要

针对聚丙烯(PP)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)开展刮擦实验,研究不同加载条件(刮擦速度和刮擦距离)对 2种高分子材料刮擦行为的影响,通过其临界荷载及刮擦过程中的温升变化评价高分子材料的耐刮擦性能.结果表明:不同的加载条件对PP、PMMA的刮擦行为有显著影响;随着刮擦速度的增加,PP和PMMA各阶段临界载荷和最大周期性破坏裂纹间距都减小;PP温度变化的幅值(即温升)随之升高,而PMMA温度变化的幅值先降低后升高.随着刮擦距离的增加,PP各阶段临界荷载减小,PMMA各阶段临界载荷先增大后减小,PP和PMMA温度变化的幅度均增加.该结果对提高高分子材料耐刮擦性能有一定的指导意义.

Abstract

To investigate the effect of different loading conditions(scratch speed and scratch distance)on the scratch behavior of polypropylene(PP)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),scratch tests were carried out on the two polymer materials.The scratch resistance of the polymer materials was evaluated by the critical load at each stage and the change of temperature rise during the scratch process.The results show that different loading conditions have a significant effect on the scratch behavior of PP and PMMA.With the increase of scratch speed,the critical load at each stage and the maximum distance of periodic failure crack of PP and PMMA both decrease,the temperature change(temperature rise)amplitude of PP increases,and that of PMMA decreases at first and then increases.With the increase of scratch distance,the critical load at each stage of PP decreases,that of PMMA increases first and then decreases,and the temperature change amplitude of PP and PMMA both increases.The results have a certain guiding significance for the improvement of scratch resistance of polymer materials.
