摘要

立足于河北钢铁集团矿业有限公司庙沟铁矿露天转地下开采工程的基建施工现状,为保障整体工程安全、快捷、高效地完成,在主井井下240m水平改绞施工顺利完成后,将主井地表以上井架等设备设施进行拆除,并对主井现有提升设施进行保留,再进行井筒临时封闭.为了更好地解决了庙沟铁矿井下基建工程与地表主井井塔楼工程同时施工的问题,研究出此项双层封口盘井筒封闭技术,实现了对罐道钢丝绳的涨紧、钢丝绳的悬挂、富裕钢丝绳的盘放以及井筒的封闭保护,更好地保障了庙沟铁矿露天转地下开采工程进度的稳步推进.

Abstract

Based on the current infrastructure construction status of the open-pit-to-underground mining project of Miaogou Iron Mine of HBIS Group Mining Co.,Ltd.,in order to ensure the safe,fast and efficient completion of the overall project,after the smooth completion of the temporary construction at 240 m horizontal level of the main shaft,the equipment and facilities of the main shaft above the ground surface such as the headframe are dismantled,and the existing hoisting facilities of the main shaft are retained before the temporary closure of the shaft.In order to better solve the problem of simultaneous construction of underground infrastructure and main shaft tower on the ground surface at Miaogou Iron Ore Mine,this shaft closure technology with double-deck shaft cover has been researched,and by this technology the tensioning of shaft guide wire ropes,the suspension of steel wire ropes,the coiling of surplus steel wire ropes,and the closure and protection of the shaft are all achieved,which better guarantees the steady advancement of the open-pit to underground mining project of Miaogou Iron Mine.
