Controlled Blasting and Vibration Reduction Technology for Slopes of Large Open-pit Mines
In response to the problems such as large hazardous effects of blasting vibration in large-scale blasting with large aperture, based on the slope control blasting in a complex environment of a large open-pit metal mine, the single-hole charge is controlled by reducing the height of the sub-bench,reducing the diameter of the blast hole, and charging the blast holes at segmented intervals. The vibration reduction effect is achieved through electronic detonator hole-by-hole detonation technology, computer simulation detonation network method, and pre-splitting blasting technology. The results of vibration monitoring and slope displacement monitoring show that the blasting vibration can be reduced as much as possible by using these vibration-reduction technologies. At the same time, the blasting vibration pattern and regression curve of the mine are summarized, which can provide reference for the controlled blasting in complex environments.
