探索非煤矿山副井马头门施工技术改进措施

马头门是矿井工程中的重要节点,但也因其结构复杂、掘进断面大、支护面积大等原因存在多个施工难点.针对马头门施工进度迟缓对矿山整体投资建设产生负面影响的问题,保证马头门在计划时间内完工,节省人工成本、设备成本和其他相关成本,提高施工效率,以本钢矿业花岭沟铁矿副井马头门为研究对象进行探索改进.结合现有工程技术条件、从施工工艺及组织安排等方面开展科学论述,主要从掘进和支护两方面提出整改措施,现场的实践证明可提高工作效率50%,实现安全增效的施工目标.
Exploration of Improvement Measures for Construction Technology of Auxiliary Shaft Inset in Non-coal Mines
Shaft inset is an important node in mining engineering,but there are also several construction difficulties due to its complex structure,large-section excavation,and large supporting area.To solve the problem that the delayed construction progress of the shaft inset negatively affects the overall investment and construction of the mine,to ensure that the shaft inset is completed within the planned time,to save the labor cost,equipment cost and other related costs,and to improve the construction efficiency,the auxiliary shaft inset of Hualinggou Iron Mine of Bensteel Mining is taken as the research object to be explored and improved.Based on the existing engineering and technical conditions,scientific discussions are conducted in terms of construction technology and organizational arrangements.Rectification measures are mainly proposed from the aspects of excavation and support.On-site practice has proven that it can improve work efficiency by 50%and achieve the construction goal of safety and efficiency enhancement.
