Experimental Study on Flotation Method of Combined Reagents for Improving Quality and Reducing Arsenic in Lead Concentrate in Thirty-six Bay,Hunan Province
To address the problem of low grade and excessive arsenic content in Yuling polymetallic lead concentrate of Linwu County Nanfang Mining Co.,Ltd.,the mineral composition and its embedding relationship are analyzed using MLA detection.Under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074mm and pH = 10,a combined reagent system is determined with ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate plus ethyl sulfide as the collector,zinc sulfate,sodium sulfite and ammonium chloride as the inhibitor,and a series of experiments are carried out.After industrial application,it not only effectively improves the quality and arsenic reduction of lead concentrate,but also improves the recovery efficiency of co-associated valuable metals such as Sb,Ag,and Sn.
