Abstract
This paper focuses on the new issues in the economic evaluation of mine projects relating to financial evaluation,life-cycle assessment,selection of maintenance costs,green and low-carbon evaluation,selection of outsourcing modes,and evaluation of renovation and expansion under the new development situation and provides a normative interpretation and analysis of the current common industry practices.
