摘要

某矿山以上向分层进路式充填采矿法为主,每条进路回采完毕后实施接顶充填.针对该采矿方法开展了尾砂理化参数特性、尾砂静态沉降参数、充填料浆的配比试验,得出最佳絮凝剂添加量为30g/t、充填料浆尾砂+碎石(m砂:m碎石=10:1)胶结充填料充填方式.配置的充填系统小时充填能力最高可达360~380 m3/h,能够满足充填采矿生产要求.

Abstract

The overhand cut and fill stoping method is mainly used in Sanshandao Gold Mine,and roof-contacted filling is implemented after backstoping of each appoach is completed.A series of tests such as the tests of physical and chemical properties of tailings,the tests of static settling parameters of tailings and the tests of the ratio of filling slurry are conducted for this mining method.It's concluded that the optimal flocculant addition amount is 30 g/t,and the optimal cemented filling material is the filling slurry of tailings plus gravel(m sand:m gravel =10:1).The configured filling system has a maximum hourly filling capacity of 360 to 380 m3/h,which can meet the requirements of filling and mining production.
