Determination of Mineral Processing Flowsheet for a Certain Polymetallic Ore
Good product indexes are both obtained after a certain polymetallic ore is suject to two mineral processing experimental processes:preferential flotation process and the process of copper-lead mixed flotation-separation of copper from lead in mixed concentrate-flotation of copper-lead mixed separation tailings to obtain zinc.The two experimental processes are compared from the perspective of engineering design,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two flotation processes are discussed in terms of concentrate indicators,tailings indicators,main equipment selection,reagent consumption,comprehensive cost and other factors.Finally,the partial mixed flotation process that is more economic and reliable is adopted in the design process of this feasibility study.
