摘要

球团矿是绿色冶金炉料的发展方向,含钛球团对于延长高炉使用寿命具有积极意义.为了生产高品质的含钛球团矿,使用钛铁矿作为含钛原料进行了球团制备试验,考察了钛铁矿配比对生球、预热球、成品球质量的影响.试验结果表明:钛铁矿配比5%时,预热温度1 000℃、预热时间10 min,焙烧温度1 250℃、焙烧时间15 min时,可获得物理、冶金性能较好,化学成分符合要求的低钛球团.

Abstract

Pellet is the development direction of green metallurgical burden,and titanium-containing pellet makes a postive difference in prolonging the service life of blast furnace.In order to produce high-quality titanium-containing pellets,pellet preparation tests are carried out using ilmenite as the titanium-containing raw material,and the effects of ilmenite ratio on the quality of green,preheated and finished balls are investigated.The test results show that when the proportion of ilmenite is 5%,the preheating temperature is 1000℃,the preheating time is 10 minute,the roasting temperature is 1250℃,and the roasting time is 15 minute,the low-titanium pellets with good physical and metallurgical performances and chemical composition that meet the requirements can be obtained.
