Progress in Production Technology of No.3 Sintering Plant in LY Steel
This paper summarizes the significant progress made in the process technology,equipment transformation,and technical and economic indicators of the sintering machine at No.3 Sintering Plant of LY Steel in recent years.The utilization coefficient of the sintering machine has been increased to 1.51 t/m2·h,the calendar avalibility has reached 97.4%,and the tumbler strength of the sintered ore has been increased to78.85%.The utilization coefficient of the2800m3 blast furnace has been increased from 2.61 t/m3·d in 2020 to 3.02 t/m3·d in 2021.
