Application of Comprehensive Water Prevention and Control Technology in a Mine Roadway Crossing High-pressure and Water-rich Fault Fracture Zone
With the diminishing of shallow mineral resources, deep mining has become an inevitable trend. With the increasingly complex hydrogeological conditions, the prevention and control of water hazards are becoming increasingly grave. The threat of water hazards is restricting the overall development progress of mines, and there is greater difficulty in controlling the water hazard especially when deep roadways pass through aquifers with complex geological conditions and fault fissure water. This article introduces the successful experience of a certain mine in successfully crossing complex fault fracture zones through comprehensive treatment methods such as geophysical exploration, grouting and water plugging in the working face, and advanced pipe-shed support. It provides reference for the treatment of water hazards in roadways of other similar mine.
