Stability Analysis and Management Ideas of Tailing-containing High Slopes in SICOMINES Copper-cobalt Mine
Some slopes in the upper part of the northern part of pit M of SICOMINES copper-cobalt mine in Congo(DRC)are in an unstable state, and there may be a risk of landslides. This paper adopts two-dimensional limit equilibrium analysis method to calculate and analyze the stability of the tailing-containing high slopes in the northern part, and puts forward the optimization suggestion that the overall slope angle should not be greater than 31°,which provides a reference for the subsequent slope management.
