The ore moves intermittently with the ore-discharging system in the Anshan-type roasting shaft furnace.The longer the duration of furnace clearing is,the more serious the problem of uneven heating and reduction of the ore in the furnace will be.The influence of automatic control of the clearing cycle of the shaft furnace on the indicators of the roasted ores are explored,the quantity and quality of the roasted ore under different clearing cycle are studied,and the optimal clearing cycle of the shaft furnace is determined.
