Production Practice of Increasing Tumbler Strength of Sintered Ore in No.1 Sintering Machine of Ling Steel
This article introduces a series of production practices carried out by No.1 sintering machine of Second Ironmaking Plant of Lingyuan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.since 2021 to improve the tumbler strength of sintered ore.The results show that measures such as using thick material bed sintering,implementing standardized control of production parameters,strengthening the effect of hot air sintering,improving the accuracy of mixed material distribution,and increasing the temperature of mixed material before ignition furnace can effectively improve the tumbler strength of the sintered ore and meet the production needs of the blast furnace.
