摘要

北方冬季长、气温低,一般采用超低水分铁精矿进行球团生产,但其造球性能差,现有暖仓浸泡预润湿工艺流程长、水分波动大.为此,在系统研究了铁精矿水分对造球性能影响规律的基础上,引入强力混合机进行预润湿混合.结果表明,强力混合可明显改善预润湿效果、提高生球强度,适宜的混合料水分和膨润土用量分别降低1%和0.3%,流程缩短、生产效率提升.

Abstract

In northern China,the winter is long and the temperature is low,iron concentrate with ultra-low moisture is generally used for pellet production,but its pelletizing performance is poor.And the existing warm bin soaking pre-wetting process has a long process flow and large moisture fluctuation.Therefore,based on the systematic study of the influence of iron concentrate moisture on pelletizing performance,an intensive mixer is introduced for pre-wetting and mixing.The results show that the intensive mixing can significantly improve the pre-wetting effect and increase the strength of green balls,and the appropriate mixture moisture and bentonite consumption are reduced by 0.5%and 0.2%respectively.The process is shortened and the production efficiency is improved.
