Based on the research of dust production factors and processes in material handling and mixing,theoretical researches on waste gas from sintering and mixing processes including researches on the mechanism of dust production in the waste gas,waste gas volume,and waste gas temperature and humidity are conducted.The impact of quicklime digestion reaction in the mixing process of the sintering production on the above theoretical researches is analyzed emphatically,and the theoretical calculation methods and steps for sintering mixed waste gas are summarized.It provides theoretical basis for relevant dedusting design,and promotes the development of treatment technology for sintering mixed waste gas.
