The technical status quo of waste heat utilization of two 360m2 sintering circular coolers of JISCO are introduced.The problems of unorganized emissions and low waste heat utilization rate of conventional circular cooler are analyzed,the advantages of using a new type of liquid sealed circular cooler in newly-built sintering machines are proposed,and the near"zero"emission technology of comprehensive utilization of the cooling waste gas of circular cooler is elaborated.
