Technological Innovation and Application of Control Technology of Two Rate Indexes for Deep-hole Mining in Large Metal Mines
Deep hole drilling and perforated blasting is adopted for Shirengou iron ore mine. The mining rooms arranged vertically and along the strike of the ore body are not technically optimized according to on -site changes in terms of layout and perforation methods, resulting in failing to accurately adjust in accordance with the ore body's actual occurrence during the deep-hole drilling process, causing serious loss and dilution of ore in hanging wall and footwall of the ore body, which directly affects the two rate indexes of the ore and result in high production costs of the mine and insufficient utilization of ore resources. In this regard, technicians optimize the mining room design and control the rock drilling construction process to improve the effective rock drilling rate inside the ore body and avoid engineering waste caused by rock drilling outside the ore body, so that the loss and depletion rate of the hanging wall and footwall of the ore body is close to zero. Based on the actual production on site, the precise implementation of multi-row millisecond delay blasting technology improves the blasting effect, effectively controls the two rate indexes of deep-hole mining in large mines, and improves the production efficiency of the mines.
