复杂多金属矿高效分选及综合回收关键技术研究与应用

以银漫矿业多金属矿石为试验对象,针对该矿石中锡含量占比最高,铜、 锌含量达到了锡矿床共伴生组分评价标准、潜在价值较大的情况,提出"优先选铜(银)-浮锌硫-选锡"技术路线,最终获得铜、银回收率79.08%、87.28%的铜银精矿,锌、银回收率50.81%、4.18% 的锌精矿,硫回收率51.57%的硫精矿,锡品位33.09%、锡回收率56.07%和锡品位32.60%、锡回收率5.52%的锡精矿,获得锡品位3.90%、锡回收率4.92%和锡品位3.28%、锡回收率5.54%的锡次精矿,各项指标均达到了规定要求,高效分选效果较高.
Research and Application of Key Technologies for Efficient Separation and Comprehensive Recovery of Complex Polymetallic Mines
With the polymetallic ore of Yinman Mining as the test object, in view of the fact that the tin content of this ore is the highest, and the copper and zinc contents have reached the evaluation standard of the co-associated components of tin deposits with large potential value, the technical route of" preferential separation of copper ( silver)-zinc sulfur flotation-tin separation" is put forward, and finally the copper silver concentrate with recoveries of 79.08% and 87.28% for copper and silver, zinc concentrates with recoveries of 50.81% and 4.18% for zinc and silver, sulfur concentrate with a sulfur recovery rate of 51.57%, tin concentrate with a tin recovery rate of 56.07% and a tin grade of 33.09%, tin concentrate with a tin recovery rate of 5.52% and a tin grade of 32.60%, a tin secondary concentrate with a tin recovery rate of 4.92% and a tin grade of 3.28%, as well as the tin secondary concentrate with a tin recovery rate of 5.54% and a tin grade of 3.28% are obtained. All the indexes meet the specified requirements, and the efficient separation effects are obtained.
