Research on Dewatering Process of Low-intensity Magnetic Separation Concentrate in Concentrator of JISCO
In the application of GPJ-120 disc pressure filter in the dewatering process of JISCO concentrator, there are problems such as large fluctuation of feed concentration, large air consumption due to unstable bin pressure, and large fluctuation of moisture of filter cake, etc. Through industrial filtration tests of low-intensity magnetic separation concentrate, the filterability of the disc pressure filter for low-intensity magnetic separation concentrate is determined, and appropriate technical parameters are determined to provide data support for the adjustment of parameters of the disc pressure filter under different feed concentrations.
