Application of Mixed Process Based on Splitting of Sintering Composite Returns
Laboratory experiments that raw materials for sintering are first wetted, mixed, digested, and then granulated with ore returns are conducted and applied in industrial production. The influences of the" intensive mixing+digestion+granulation" process of the split sintering composite returns on the mixed granulation effect and sintering economic and technical indicators are studied. The results show that compared with traditional mixing processes, the " intensive mixing +digestion +granulation" process of the split sintering composite returns can improve the mixing effect of the mixture, increase the average particle size by 0.56mm and improve the sintering indexes in the laboratory experiments. The sintering speed has increased by 2.99mm/min, the yield has increased by 0.11%, the tumbler strength has increased by 0.01%, and the utilization coefficient of the sintering machine has increased by 0.24t/(m2·h); The industrial experiment results show that the average particle size of sintered ore has increased by 0.46mm, the utilization coefficient has increased by 0.07t/ (m2·h) , and the yield has increased by 0.08%.
