Production Practice and Application of Single Fan for 2# 360m2 Sintering Machine of Hanbao Iron-making Plant
The relevant situation of the production practice of the single fan for the 2# 360m2 sintering machine of Handan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd is mainly introduced in this paper. To address the problems of thin material bed, high ore return, large flue temperature difference and high inlet dust under the condition of single fan and based on the conditions at site, an electric blind valve is added to the outlet of the flue duct, and interconnecting pipes are added to the inlet downcomers of the main exhaust fan. The sintering machine flue gas circulation technology is reasonably utilized for a series of technical transformations, which achieves significant results and has promotion value.
