球团是高炉绿色低碳优质冶金炉料,燃料能耗占球团加工能耗的70%以上,降低燃料消耗有助于更快实现"双碳"目标和降低球团加工成本.以鄂州球团实际球团加工过程为例,分析了球团加工高煤耗的原因,并对其中关键性影响因素进行了调整和优化.在保证系统稳定和成品产质量的前提下,将原有原料中20%磁铁矿配比逐步稳定提升至60%~65%,合理控制原料水分,保证生球水分<9.5%,优化工艺操作使停产起步阶段链篦机放散由常开模式改为半关闭状态.最后经过一系列的调整和实践,探索出一种新的热工工艺制度,吨球单耗由22kg下降至18 kg.
Practice of reducing coal consumption in oxidized pellet processing
Pellet is the green low -carbon and high -quality metallurgical charge of blast furnace, fuel energy consumption accounts for more than 70% of the pellet processing energy consumption, reducing fuel consumption helps to achieve the"double carbon"goal and reduce the pellet processing cost. Taking Ezhou Iron and Steel Group as an example, the reasons of high coal consumption in pellet processing were analyzed, and the key influencing factors were adjusted and optimized. Under the premise of ensuring the stability of the system and the quality of the product, the proportion of 20% magnetite in the original raw material is gradually increased to 60~65%, the water content of the raw material is reasonably controlled, and the water content of the green ball is less than 9.5%. The process operation is optimized to change the distribution mode of the grate from normally open to semi-closed state in the initial stage of shutdown. Finally, after a series of adjustments and practices, a new thermal process system was explored, and the per-ton ball consumption was reduced from 22 kg to 18 kg.
