Geological Characteristics and Genesis Analysis of Qianyang Iron Deposit in Minqing County,Fujian Province
The regional geological background and the geological features of the Qianyang iron ore mine and the geological characteristics of the deposit are studied, and the genesis of the deposit is analyzed. The results show that the iron ore bodies are hosted in the volcanic rocks of the second member of the Late Jurassic Nanyuan Formation. The crust-mantle mixed source magma provides material sources for iron ore mineralization. The ore-forming parent rock is neutral subvolcanic rock. The subvolcanic magmatic hydrothermal fluid provides huge kinetic energy and thermal energy for mineralization. The fault structure provides ore-bearing space and ore-conducting channel for the formation of the deposit. The genesis of the deposit belongs to porphyrite-type iron deposit.
