贵州某金矿选冶联合试验及经济效益分析

某金矿生产指标不理想,选冶综合回收率低,浮选精矿中的无机碳及碳酸盐脉石矿物对预酸化工序成本影响较大,企业未实现经济效益最大化.开展不同产率精矿的浮选试验,探究相应产率下的工艺指标;同时,所得浮选精矿配矿后进行加压预氧化-氰化浸出试验,研究不同产率精矿对预酸化工序酸化成本的影响.结果表明:浮选精矿产率为35.24%时,精矿金品位12.13 g/t,金回收率90.64%,尾矿金品位0.68 g/t;使用该产率精矿配矿后进行加压氧化,预酸化工序成本最佳,选冶综合回收率可达85.42%,选冶回收率提高了5.27百分点,企业年增效约3742.82万元,该研究为企业的生产组织提供技术支撑.
Beneficiation-metallurgy Combined Tests and Economic Benefit Analysis of a Gold Mine in Guizhou
The production indexes of a gold mine are unsatisfactory,the comprehensive recovery rate of beneficiation-metallurgy is low,the inorganic carbon and carbonate gangue minerals in flotation concentrate have a great impact on the cost of pre-acidification process so the enterprise fails to maximize the economic benefits. Flotation tests of concentrates with different yields are carried out to investigate the process indexes under the corresponding yields;at the same time,pressure pre-oxidation-cyanide leaching tests are carried out after proportioning of the flotation concentrates to study the influence of concentrates with different yields on the acidification cost of pre-acidification process. The results show that:when the flotation concentrate yield is 35.24%,the gold grade of the concentrate is 12.13g/t,the gold recovery rate is 90.64%,and the gold grade of the tailings is 0.68g/t;the cost of pre-acidification process is optimal by using the concentrate with this yield for pressure oxidization after proportioning,and the comprehensive recovery rate of beneficiation-metallurgy can reach 85.42%,which is up by 5.27%,and the enterprise can increase the efficiency by about 37.4282 million yuan per year. This study provides technical support for the production organization of the enterprise.
