某低品位钛铁矿选矿工艺研究

某低品位钛铁矿石,TiO2品位为2.01%,矿物成分复杂,根据该矿石的工艺矿物学研究结果,考察了重选、磁选、重选-磁选和磁选-磁选等预处理技术对该钛铁矿的富集抛尾效果,确定了"强磁抛尾-弱磁除铁-强磁富集-浮选选钛"的工艺流程,研究了浮选pH、抑制剂种类及用量、捕收剂用量等条件对钛铁矿浮选回收的影响,并进行了闭路试验,获得了TiO2品位43.21%,浮选作业回收率22.34%,相对原矿回收率11.57%的钛精矿,矿石中有用矿物钛铁矿得到了有效的回收.
Research on Beneficiation Process of a Low-grade Ilmenite Ore
A low-grade ilmenite ore has a TiO2 grade of 2.01% and complex mineral composition. Based on the process mineralogy research results of the ore,the enrichment and tailing effect of pre-treatment technologies such as gravity separation,magnetic separation,gravity-magnetic separation and magnetic-magnetic separation on the ilmenite is investigated,and the process flow of " high-intensity magnetic separation to discard trailing-low intensity magnetic separation to remove iron-high intensity magnetic separation for enrichment of the titanium-flotation to recover titanium" is determined. The effects of flotation pH,inhibitor type and dosage,the amount of collector on the flotation recovery of ilmenite are studied,and a closed-circuit test is carried out. A titanium concentrate with a TiO2 grade of 43.21%,a recovery of 22.34% in flotation operation and a relative run of mine recovery of 11.57% is obtained. The useful mineral ilmenite in the ore is effectively recovered.
