Comprehensive Study on Magnetic Anomalies of Deep and Large Hidden Iron Deposit in Lihuayu,Anshan
The low intensity of magnetic anomalies, irregular morphology of anomalies, and the absence of obvious intensity centers in the Lihuayu area of Anshan, coupled with the interference from the surrounding large-scale iron ore deposits, make the area difficult to study. The area has been underestimated, and at one time it was thought that the magnetic anomalies in the area were not mineral-induced anomalies.Through comprehensive research on the magnetic field laws of large deposits in and around the Lihuayu area, the existence of deep underground magnetic bodies has been theoretically confirmed. And magnetic data processing technology is used to suppress local magnetic field interference and the influence of lateral superimposed magnetic fields, and the problem of magnetic anomaly morphology and boundary is successfully solved. It is concluded that the magnetic anomaly of the Lihuayu area is a mineral-induced anomaly and a continuation of the Chentaigou iron ore in the northwest direction, providing a favorable basis for establishing an ore body model of inversion work.Through the inversion of magnetic anomalies,an iron deposit at a depth of less than one kilometer have been successfully interpreted and verified through drilling work, and the iron deposit can provide over 300 million tons of iron ore resources. The discovery of the Lihuayu iron deposit is a significant achievement in the comprehensive study of magnetic methods and data processing technology. It provides a complete magnetic exploration model for future deep exploration and exploration around large mines.
