五矿矿业控股有限公司下属鲁中某选厂通过对现有自磨-球磨系统进行恒功率逻辑自动控制改造,实现了磨矿分级系统各工艺参数的自动控制,使得磨矿分级效率大幅度提升,自磨机台时处理量提高13.5%,各项选矿指标达标.结合该选厂即将新增的磨前预选工序,将该自动化改造成果应用于即将开展的700 万吨/年扩能技改项目中,可降低投资近1 亿元,使设计方案更加经济合理.矿山自主进行小而精的智能矿山技术改造,既符合国家政策导向和行业发展趋势,也有利于提升矿山的运行效率,具有一定的示范意义.
Application of Constant Power Logic Automatic Control in the Capacity Expansion and Transformation of an Autogenous Mill Concentrator in Central Shandong Area
A concentrator in central Shandong of Minmetals Mining Holdings Limited achieves the automatic control of each process parameter of grinding and classification system by retrofitting the existing autogenous and ball milling system with constant power logic automatic control,which improves the efficiency of grinding and classification greatly,increases the processing capacity of autogenous mill by 13.5%per unit per hour,and meets the standard of each beneficiation index.In light of that a new pre-separation process will be added before the concentrator,the application of the results of the automation transformation to the upcoming 7 MTPA expansion and technological upgrading project can reduce the investment by nearly 100 million yuan,make the design scheme more economical and reasonable.The mine independently carries out small but precise intelligent mine technological transformation,which is not only in line with national policy guidance and industry development trends,but also conducive to improving the operational efficiency of the mine,and it has certain demonstration significance.
