介绍了某钢铁厂2×318 m2 烧结机低碳减排技术方案,采用了富氧协同热风点火技术、烟气内循环协同热风烧结技术、大烟道合理取热技术和汽电双拖变频反发电技术.通过以上技术方案的实施,高炉煤气消耗量较传统技术降低35.24%;烟气循环比例由 15%提高到 23%,返矿率降低 3%,烧结矿质量提高,减排效果改善.单台烧结机余热回收产出蒸汽量约 50 t/h,此部分蒸汽送入汽轮机拖动主抽变频运行,变频反送电单套机组年节电效益约760 万元,较传统汽电双拖技术节电42.96%,节能效果显著.
Introduction and Application of Low Carbon Emission Reduction Technical Scheme for 2×318 m2 Sintering Machine in an Iron and Steel Plant
This paper introduces the low-carbon emission reduction technical scheme for a 2×318 m2 sintering machine in a steel plant,in which oxygen-enriched collaborative hot air ignition technology,flue gas internal circulation collaborative hot air sintering technology,flue gas reasonable heat extraction technology,and steam-electric dual drive variable frequency reverse power generation technology are adopted.Through the implementation of the above technical scheme,the consumption of blast furnace gas has been reduced by 35.24%compared to traditional technologies;The proportion of flue gas circulation has been increased from 15%to 23%and the ore return rate has been reduced by 3%.The quality of sintered and the emission reduction effect has been improved;The steam output from waste heat recovery of a single sintering machine is about 50 t/h.This part of the steam is sent to the turbine to drive the main exhaust fan for frequency conversion operation.A single unit of the frequency conversion reverse power transmission saves about 7.6 million yuan's worth of electricity per year,and it is 42.96%more energy-efficient than traditional steam-electric dual drive technology,and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
