摘要

随着航空航天、机械、能源与军事领域的快速发展,高熵材料凭借其独特的优势已经成为当前材料研究领域的一大热点.针对目前传统的萤石型氧化物陶瓷材料在一些领域的应用限制,非萤石型氧化物陶瓷发挥其特有的优势,是目前在电、光、磁、热等领域应用较为广泛的一类材料.本文综述近 5 年国内外高熵稀土非萤石型氧化物材料的研究现状,对新型高熵稀土非萤石型氧化物陶瓷进行了分类总结,并对其进行了展望.

Abstract

With the rapid development in fields of aerospace,machinery,energy and military,high-entropy materials have currently become a hot topic in the field of materials research for their unique advantages.While there are application limitations of traditional fluorite oxide ceramic materials in some fields,non-fluorite oxide ceramics play their unique advantages and are currently widely used in fields such as electricity,optics,magnetism and heat.This study reviews the research status of non-fluorite oxide materials with high-entropy rare earth both domestically and internationally in the past five years,categorizes and summarizes the new type of the same,and looks into the future of the material.
