To achieve high-value utilization of waste kiln furniture,with waste kiln furniture as the main raw material,clay and high aluminaum pulverized coal ash as additives,the green bodies are prepared by dry compression molding method,and kept at temperatures of 1 100℃,1 150℃,1 200℃,and 1 250℃for 3 hours to produce waste kiln furniture-based high-temperature resistant materials.Meanwhile,by studying the influence of the dosage of high alumina pulverized coal ash on the phase composition,microstructure,physical properties,and room temperature mechanical properties of waste kiln furniture-based high-temperature resistant materials,the performance of waste kiln furniture-based high-temperature resistant materials prepared with different binders is illustrated in this paper.The results show that the optimal process conditions for high-temperature resistant materials based on waste kiln furniture are the heat treatment temperature of 1 250℃,the optimal dosage of high alumina pulverized coal ash is 30%,and the obtained sample has a room temperature flexural strength of 18.1 MPa and a room temperature compressive strength of 57.7 MPa.The nature of binder has a certain impact on the mechanical properties of the samples at room temperature.
